i just listened to the podcast dealing with the balance as well as mark beeson's comments on balance. I am currently listening to Mark Waltz sermon from the office series...here is my question, how does a single guy who has no family obligations and enjoys spending his time at work deal with the balance issue. How do i figure out if i am unbalanced. Oh and add this to the mix. I work in the ministry. How can i say no to the ministries of the church when the only harm to saying yes is my balance? Should i not give sacrificially to the church?

I've always wondered about Mark Beeson. We've known for so long about the incredible staff that he oversees (Mark Waltz, Tim Stephens, Tony Morgan [RIP], Kem Meyer), but never heard much about him, other than what was mentioned second-hand but the above list. Recently, I've finally seen blog posts with interviews and heard him on this podcast, and I must say, WOW.

Each time that I think he's an incredible leader, something else comes across my path that blows me away again. An infectious personality, passionate love for God, the security to let his staff become more "famous" than him, and leadership insights that rival anything I'm hearing these days...what a great pastor and Man of God Mark Beeson is! I hope that God sees fit to provide the opportunities for more of the treasure that is Pastor Mark to be shared with the greater body of Christ. THANK YOU for the interview with him.

Kem,
I just glad you didn't ask Tim the other questions featured in that issue of Cosmo (as shown in the C2I Podcast Gallery)! Maybe save that for a followup to the PureSex series.
