Kem and Tim,

Just finished catching up on listening to the pod cast. Oops, looks like I have week 4 to listen to still.

Just wanted to let you know that I've been listening, I'm a 'lurker' like Tim and don't regularly comment, but you too have been begging, so here I am. I was one of the 9 redirects from Scott Hodges' blog.

I'm not on staff at my church, my wife is though as the Counselor and Young Adults Pastor, and I have helped her run the small groups directed for the Young Adults, I also play guitar in the worship band. I won't be at Innovate '07, but have been listening with great interest and am currently reading The Big Idea...so that was neat to hear Dave Ferguson. Apparently our church leaders at Journey's Crossing (www.ilovethischurch.com), have a good relationship with Dave and it was great to actually hear from the man himself.

Keep up the good work!

You might want to consider starting a game: guess how long into the podcast before Kems' phone goes off! (<--too funny! Every episode it happens!)

Just to let you know I'm at the party too! I have a software project I am working on with a go-live date of Oct 1, so the Sept 27-28 dates are going to be tricky ones for me, but I'm going to find a way to still get there! Your website and podcast has completely inspired me!! I hope you have Wi-Fi available at the conference site? If so, I can take my laptop and be on call in case of emergencies.... (hint, hint)
